Well, what sort of numbers are you and her posting?
Her talent build's a little weird. Oughta spread some love to the resto branch for the likes of the shapeshifter talents. Not sure why she put just 1 point into IMP FF. Her hit raiting is fairly low for raids, so unless she's eating hit food and drinking hit elixirs, she'd likely need the extra hit.
Does she often run resto? Looks like a decent chunk of her gear is more resto friendly. Crit's a bit lo...

Back in the old days Tranquility Shot was a quest reward and was needed in a Molten Core fight, I think. Versus a boss who went into a special Frenzy thing. Unless tranquilized he would wtfpwn the entire raid.
I've tested it on mobs who supposedly go into a frenzy when attacked, but it had no effect. My guess is that it was made easily obtainable because Molten Core or wherever it's supposed to be used at is now lowbie content.-We're the descendants, salute the descendants, of King Canute.

Well... where to start.
First of all int is all good and well, but you should definately replace all that gear with agi and Attack power gear, you are not a lock or mage. If any of that gear has int or spi, that just a bonus. Sure you may be able to attack for a long time without drinking, but you could get the same efect by killing faster. My advice is to read through the faq. This should answer alot of your questions. Now if you were a MM, int is a very good stat, because it transfers to attack power with 45 (3/3careful aim)of your int being converted to ap.-Taa...
